In this connection, it is to state that Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance had extended GOI (Government-to-Government) Lines of Credit (LOCs) till 2003-04 to various countries through State Bank of India (excluding Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal, which are being dealt with in Ministry of External Affairs to whom a copy of this letter is endorsed for furnishing the information, if any, to you. The list of GOI Government-to-Government LOCs is attached at Annex. Repayment of these LOCs is going on. Since 2003-04, the Government of India Supported LOCs are being extended through Exim Bank of India to whom a copy of this letter is also endorsed for furnishing the information to you. 3. 120 DOEAF/R/2013/90002 10/10/2013 Reply The CPIO, Ranjeet Kumar Sinha, has neither received above mentioned two e-mails dated 2.6.2013 and 10.6.2013 from any of the authorities nor they are under the jurisdiction of CPIO. Hence, the CPIO is not in possession of any information sought by the applicant. The information may be treated as Nil.
